Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

Cancel anytime with one click in Settings / Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refund after the period.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 14 days for duplicate charges or technical failures making the service unusable. Consumed tokens and already-generated content are generally non-refundable.

3. Failed generation credits

Tokens charged for generations that fail due to system or provider errors are automatically returned to your account and visible in the ledger.
