Account info (email, display name), conversation and generated content, usage and billing records, and necessary technical logs. We do not sell your personal data.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the service (memory, relationship, generation), billing, and safety/compliance review. Conversations power the character memory and can be viewed, exported and deleted in settings.
3. Third parties
We use infrastructure providers for model inference, storage and payments, sharing data only as necessary to provide the service and under equivalent protection obligations.
4. Retention & security
Data is retained while your account is active and deleted per process after account deletion. Conversations are encrypted at rest with data-minimizing retention.
5. Your rights
You may access, export, correct or delete your data anytime (Settings → Privacy & data), or exercise GDPR/CCPA rights via the contact below.
6. Cross-border transfers
Data may be processed in the operator’s jurisdiction and where its infrastructure is located, with appropriate safeguards.
