Acceptable Use Policy

To keep our community safe and the platform compliant, this policy defines prohibited content categories, enforcement, reporting channels and our content moderation practices on SeedMira.

1. Prohibited content categories

You must not generate, upload, distribute or solicit: (1) Hate speech & discrimination: hateful, demeaning or discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar attributes; (2) Minors: any sexual content or sexualized depiction involving minors, or content endangering minors’ wellbeing; (3) Non-consensual intimate content: intimate imagery without consent, real-person deepfakes and face-swaps; (4) Violence & gore: content glorifying, inciting or graphically depicting violence, abuse or gore; (5) Self-harm & suicide: content encouraging, glorifying or instructing self-harm; (6) Illegal activity: instructions or facilitation for drugs, weapons, fraud, hacking or other unlawful conduct; (7) Harassment & bullying: sustained harassment, doxxing or threats against individuals; (8) Fraud & spam: scams, phishing, deceptive content and bulk spam; (9) IP infringement: unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked works; (10) Safety circumvention: attempts to bypass content moderation, age verification or access controls.

2. Enforcement

Violating content is removed upon discovery. Depending on severity, we take one or more of the following actions: warning with required remediation; deduction or forfeiture of unused tokens/credits; restriction of generation and publishing features; suspension or permanent termination of the account. Cases involving minors, non-consensual intimate content or criminal conduct are reported to the authorities as required by law. If you disagree with an enforcement decision, you may appeal through our complaint channels; we respond after review.

3. Reporting channels

To report violating content, use the in-site “Report content” entry (/legal/report) or email [email protected] with the content location, violation category and your contact details. Valid reports are kept confidential and handled promptly.

4. Content moderation

We combine automated rule-based screening with human review: generation requests pass safety-rule screening before execution; flagged content enters a human review queue; user reports trigger a prioritized review workflow. We continuously refine our moderation rules against emerging abuse patterns.
